Always ensure that you gain access to our electronic banking service (Laiki eBank) through the official Laiki web site on the web addresses www.laiki.com or www.laikiebank.co.uk. Do not trust or disclose personal data (such as your subscriber number and PIN) on web sites that use the Laiki Bank name and that you did not reach through the above mentioned official web addresses.
We are aware of a number of fraudulent e-mails that are currently circulating encouraging bank customers to visit a website where personal Internet Banking security or card details are requested.
Please note that Laiki Group would never send e-mails to customers asking for confidential or personal security information, such as your Laiki eBank subscriber number and PIN or your card number and PIN. If you are a Laiki Group customer or a Laiki eBank subscriber and you receive such an e-mail, please delete it immediately without responding or visiting any site it details. The e-mail may also contain a virus and we recommend that you have an anti-virus software in place and is up to date with the latest virus definitions.
We also recommend that you change your PIN from time to time for your own security. You may change the PIN within Laiki eBank at any time using the "Change PIN" function.
Please be assured that Laiki Group will never pass on information about you, including your e-mail address, to any other company or individual without your consent. Do not supply your e-mail to non-reputable or unknown sites as your e-mail might be used for malicious purposes.
If you are concerned that you may have disclosed any personal or security details, such as your Laiki eBank access codes or your credit card numbers, please call your account holding branch immediately (Monday to Friday from 9:30 - 17:00).
