Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces that the interest of the Capital Securities (CPBCS), in accordance to the terms of their issue, is payable every three months, on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December every year. The Capital Securities bear an interest rate of 3,03% from 31 March 2009 to 29 June 2009.

Beneficiaries of the interest, which will be paid on 30 June 2009, will be the holders of Capital Securities who will be registered in the CSE Registry on 19 June 2009 (record date). Therefore, the Capital Securities will be trading in the CSE without the right of participation in the payment of interest from 17 June 2009.
