To ensure that your Laiki eBank chequebook and eCard Connect arrive safely and that they are not used by anyone else if lost, they will be mailed in an inactive status. Once received you will have to activate them through:

• The Internet and our eBanking service.
  • For your Laiki eBank chequebook activation click on Instructions followed by Activate Chequebook once you have selected the relevant account.
  • For your eCards click on the Cards Tab, choose the relevant card and click on Activate Card.
  
  
• Telebank at 8000 2000 (+357 22 887766 when calling from abroad).
  • Through Service Representatives (from 7:45am till 9:15pm Monday to Friday).
  • Through the IVR system. See the IVR system and tree to see how you can activate your Laiki eBank chequebook and eCards.
