Purchase Protection Insurance is a new innovative insurance that protects the purchases you make in Cyprus and overseas using your Marfin Laiki Bank credit card, provided that you pay for the whole amount. The insurance cover is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, in case the item is stolen, lost, destroyed or damaged on the condition that the item is not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty (or by the store from which the item was purchased or by any other reimbursing source) and that there exists an original receipt for your purchase. In case of theft, the incident should be reported to the Police at once and an incident police report must be obtained by you.
The coverage period is valid from May 1, 2008 up to and including June 15, 2009. |
