Research and Analysis at Laiki Investments forms an integral part in the operation of the company. The mission of the department is the in depth analysis of the capital market, primarily in Cyprus and companies listed on the Cyprus Stock exchange to support the asset management professionals and clients so they can make informed investment decisions in the evaluation of investment opportunities. It thus contributes in the achievement of operational targets and the further development of Laiki Investments.
Within the context of its mission the Department offers reliable research and analysis in the following sectors:
(a) Fundamental analysis and valuation of companies.
(b) Industry analysis.
(c) Technical analysis of indices and shares.
The work of the department is published regularly through:
- Daily updates.
- Quarterly analysis.
- Technical analysis.
- Company reports.
- Industry reports.
The department is also involved in other projects according to the needs and priorities of the company. The work of the department is made public through the daily press and as such offers valuable information to the investing public.
The operation of the department is based on the concept that continuous objective and independent research is of paramount importance in the success of the strategic goals of Laiki Investments. The department operates independently of the other services of Laiki Investments, always though in a parallel and support direction offering continuous information and analysis.
