NEWS ABOUT THE FILE TRANSFER SERVICE!
Be transferred to our upgraded system

Do you have access to the File Transfer Service?
If yes, we urge you to study carefully the following information:
- We announce to you that, for your best possible service, we will soon transfer you to the enhanced eBanking for Business service, which is in pilot status at the moment .
- At the enhanced system, all the transactions have been redesigned on a new infrastructure (using the Microsoft.Net Platform). Among these transactions the File Transfer option has been redesigned as well offering basic improvements such as:
1) All the screens appear bilingual and all the messages have been rewritten for your better guidance.
2) The system allows you to select one or more file types to send to Laiki eBank for processing.
3) You can select files for sending, which are saved anywhere on your PC and under any name.
4) When you validate files to send you do not necessarily need to send them during your current log on. You can send then whenever you want.
5) When you are about to receive some processed files you can opt to receive them as zipped or not, depending on your preference.
6) In case you have already received a file and you have lost or deleted it you can retrieve it through the new option «Retrieve Backup Files».
7) There is no separate Transaction History especially for File Transfers. You can view all your File Transfer Transactions at your general Transaction History, which you can find at the options menu under the option «Customer Services».
8) The Laiki eBank administrator of your company can monitor all the File Transfer Transactions, which you have effected through the option «Transaction History» of his subscription.
9) Your Business will be able to authorise through the “Application for Electronic Service for Legal Entities” up to four subscribers for receiving details of processed files.
- To secure your smooth transition from the old to the new system, we inform you that in the next few days a Laiki Telebank Agent will contact you (or you may have already been contacted). The agent, with your consent, will inform you of the date where the file transfer will be deactivated from the existing system and will be activated at the new system. (From that date on you will not be able to use File Transfer at the existing system).
- Until the pilot period is over for the rest transactions/services of eBanking for Business you will be able to use either the existing system which is on our web site or the new system at the link which will be sent to you through email by a Laiki Telebank Agent. We urge you to use the new system which we consider more practical.

- Moreover, the operation of the digital signature has been redesigned so that you have increased security in your money transactions. To be able to transfer smoothly to the updated system and to conduct financial transactions (if your access permits) you must now, as you are working on the existing system (java), check that your digital signature password key/files are saved on c:\windows on your computer. Please, print the manual “New Procedures for Existing Subscribers” and read all the detailed information about the steps you must follow. If you are a new subscriber (who, despite having the right of access, has not carried out any financial transactions at all on the existing system), print and study the manual “Procedures for New Subscribers".
