Changes in the constitution of the Board of Directors of the Bank
Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces that the Board of Directors at its meeting of 27 July 2010 was informed on the resignation of its Member Mr. Joseph Kamal Eskandar, appointed as new Member of the Board of Directors Mr. Hesham Abdulla AlQassim and was re-constituted as follows:
