Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd, further to its announcement dated July 30, 2010, reports that at today’s meeting the Board of Directors has examined and approved the Financial Report of the Group for the period January – June 2010.

The Financial Report, as well a relevant Presentation and Press Release are attached hereto.

Data and information for the Financial Report will be published in the newspaper “Politis” in Cyprus, on Wednesday, September 1, 2010.
