Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, 30 March 2010 to examine, among other subjects, the Final Financial Statements and its proposal to the General Meeting regarding the dividend policy for the financial year 2009.

On the same day the results will be announced to the Athens Stock Exchange and to the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
