Some tips to help you maximise your online security

Do not trust other websites that use the Laiki Bank name (or email-messages with links to them), whether in Greek or Latin characters.
Fraudulent e-mails encourage customers to visit a website which request personal internet banking information or card details. Never access Laiki eBank from a link in an email.
Please note that Laiki Bank would never send e-mails to you asking for confidential or personal security information. Under no circumstances would Laiki Bank request your Laiki eBank subscriber number and PIN, or your card number. If you are a Laiki Bank customer or a Laiki eBank subscriber and you receive such an e-mail, please delete it immediately without responding or visiting any site it details.
Install anti-virus software on your computer and keep it up to date with the latest virus definitions.
Change your PIN from time to time for your own security. You may change the PIN within Laiki eBank at any time using the "Customer Services" function.
