Report Lost or Stolen Cards by calling the Laiki Card Centre 24 hours 7 days on 1300 888 730, or if you are calling from overseas call +61 28262 9102.
Report Lost or Stolen eBank PIN's by calling the Laiki eBank Centre between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm AEST, Monday to Friday on 1300 880 760. If you are calling from overseas call +61 28262 9101, or if after hours leave a message and the Laiki Card Centre staff will respond during business hours.
